Founded in 2000, PDS is an ISO 9001:2008 certified, aggressive, fast-growing and technology driven manufacturing company loyal to its founding principles of quality, value and service. PDS is a full service facility with capabilities for production of CNC milling and turning, prototype machining, and cast urethane parts. We also offer an in house paint facility, light mechanical assembly, and ship to stock programs. We are housed in 25,000 square foot modern, climate controlled building. With 55 employees, operating on 3 shifts, 26 high end CNC machines, supported by multiple high end, inspection equipment including Zeiss & Mitutoyo CMMs and Keyence optical scanners. Our company has been supplying aerospace, medical, defense, consumer goods, automotive and other OEM manufacturers with competitively priced, on time, high quality parts for years.
