CNC Machining
With multiple machining centers to meet your custom CNC turning and milling needs, our state-of-the-art equipment is designed to meet your demanding tolerances. From prototype to production runs, CNC machining allows for reliability and part consistency, while reducing the potential for human error. We also offer enhanced tool room equipment for versatility on smaller batches of parts without sacrificing precision and repeatability.
3D Printing
Instead of waiting weeks and paying thousands of dollars for a part, we can 3D print incredibly high-performance parts in our facility faster than would be possible through conventional methods. By reinforcing your parts with carbon fiber while 3D printing them, we achieve unparalleled strength, stiffness and durability in your printed parts. We can print with carbon fiber, Kevlar and fiberglass for parts that are as strong as aluminum and dramatically lighter. For heat tolerance, we will soon be printing with 17-4 Stainless Steel. In the near future we will have the capability to print with Titanium, Aluminum, Inconel 625 and tool steel for most functional applications.
