Metal Work
Churchmen’s Machine Company handles all types of metal welding, including Mig/Tig, Arc, and Acetylene. We are now welding certified by class D1.1 and D1.6 standards for all steels, including stainless. Cast iron, aluminum and some plastics, including Polypropylene, CPVC, PVC, UHMW, and Polyurethane, are also listed among our welding specialties, but these categories are not certified welds. Whether it’s repairing broken machinery or fabricating a new design, we have the knowledge and capability to complete the job professionally and quickly. With our new high-production hardfacing equipment, we can add special alloys to your high-wear surfaces to increase its longevity.
