Capabilities
CNC Machining
Capable of both CNC Lathe Work, as well as CNC Mill Work from 1/8 of an inch all the way up to 15" on Lathe work, and 30" of length on Mill Work. In a variety of materials ranging from plastic to aluminum and steel to Aircraft Grade Metals such as Titanium, and Inconel.
Grinding
Capable of OD Grinding and Surface Grinding with accuracy of up to +/- .0001. Can do all metals including Carbide.
3D Printing
With 3D Printers with printing sizes of 12" x 12" x 15" FDM Style, and 3" x 5" x 6" SLA Style, we have to ability to print a variety of different parts in a multitude of materials from ABS PLA, Poly Carbonate, Nylon, and PETG, to many different resins
Additional Machining Capabilities
Laser Engraving up to 15" x 15" on materials such as wood, slate, certain plastics, and anodized/painted metals.
Project Management/CAD design
With over 11 Years of CAD Design of a wide variety of parts on numerous CAD Software such as AutoCAD, TurboCAD, Solidworks, and Fusion 360 we have the ability to design, create in CAD and apply processes to make almost any part.
