Our expert engineering staff is well-suited to perform 3D CAD design and modeling of your custom product using the latest versions of Solidworks. From single parts to complex electro-mechanical assemblies, we can provide design for manufacturing for early-stage, low-volume prototyping processes (3D printing, silicone molding, sheet metal, or machining) or high-volume manufacturing (casting, CNC machining, thermoforming, or injection molding).

Our SLA 3D printers are capable of producing high-resolution and fine details as well as a variety of material properties. Materials include flexible, durable, rigid, as well as bio-compatible resins and post-processing for dental or medical applications.

Our CNC capabilities include a 3-axis CNC Mill for hard materials, 3-axis CNC router for soft materials, CNC plasma table for metals up to 5/8" thick, and CNC CO2 Laser for cutting acrylic and custom adhesives or gaskets as well as engraving.
