We have our own machine shop with multiple VMC's and up to 4 axis simultaneous operations. We also have almost every manual machine imaginable from horizontal slotter to radial arm drill. We specialize in tooling to support our Injection Molding shop, but we have the capability to run small and medium volume production runs in almost any standard material.

Our engineering team can design almost anything with primary focus on manufacturability and function. While we specialize in design for injection molded manufacturing, we can handle designs for CNC Machining, casting, and more.

We make A LOT of injection molds as well as assembly fixtures, jigs, automation tooling, grippers, go/no-go testers, and more.
Assembly
We have an entire shop with up to 18 assembly operators and robotics dedicated to final assembly of finished goods for shipment to our customers' warehouse, fulfillment centers, and more.
Services can include:
-PART ASSEMBLY with screws, clips, glue, adhesives, stickers, etc
-ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY with boards, wires, soldering, connectors, and more
-KITTING and packaging (hardware, wire harnesses, instructions, etc)
-LABELING with stickers, pad printing, or high speed laser engraving
-FINAL QC and inspections
-SHIPPING and freight logistics
3D Scanning
We have white light and laser scanners for part inspection or reverse engineering.
