Blades Tool is a small family CNC machine shop. We have 3 CNC Lathes and 2 CNC Mills, 1 Bridgeport, 1 Surface Grinder and a production saw. I started with my father in 1995 and he taught me all he could and I would eventually buy him out and start my own adventure with Blades Tool. My father has taught me so much in how to run a business and to make sure you live by your word and you work as hard as you must to honor your word and never treat anyone with disrespect. We can turn large diameter and length down to 1/4" dia. We run small qty's to the occasional production run. We can mill parts large and small in small qty or production and have a 4th axis for an added benefit. We can mig weld in house for fab details or we can have tig welding done outside. We mostly work off of prints but we can work with some cad and we do use cam software for the vast majority but we do hand code when appropriate. We have access to precision grinding, sheet metal work and material finishing such as anodize or black oxide and we can heat treat using multiple methods. We laser engrave most details per request with our 30 watt laser that has a rotary as well. I always love the opportunity to try new things and learn all I can to better my skills.
