3D and 2D Laser Cutting
InTheta Laser offers both 2D sheet laser and 3D laser cutting. Our specialty is laser cutting post-formed parts on our 3D laser. We use the latest version of CATIA 3D Experience for CAD modeling and Hexagon Rad-Max software for creating 3D laser fixtures and multi-axis laser CNC programs. Quality Control
Our Quality Control starts not at the end of the process but at the very beginning, with a robust APQP process to ensure customer satisfaction. The APQP process is complemented with an IATF 16949 compliant PFMEA process so you know you will have the full cadre of documentation to meet your Quality specification. Our Quality team will work with you every step of the way prior to the cutting process and providing first-piece and in processes inspection reports for your approval so there will be no surprises when your part/s show up at the dock door.
