Is there an option to request a manual quote for larger or more complex projects?

Yes. With Xometry, you can not only get self-guided instant quotes, but you can also submit sales-managed manual quoting requests as well. With our quoting engine’s “Request a Quote” feature, you give us your project files through our secure platform, and we’ll handle the rest. Requesting a quote is great for production volume orders, assemblies, complex projects, or if you just need some assistance.

How does Xometry handle reorders and repeat parts?

We make it easy to reorder parts. Simply look for the blue “Reorder Parts” button from your order history, and all your line items, quantities, and configurations will be carried over to a fresh, editable quote. We also have functionality to flag parts as repeat parts, and built-in revision control. We prioritize sourcing repeat work to the same suppliers to ensure consistency. Can Xometry integrate into my company’s procurement system?

Yes, Xometry’s PunchOut integrates with all major purchasing systems, such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and more. You can order parts from within your own purchasing system and receive invoices directly into your eProcurement, ERP or financial system.

Can I collaborate with other members of my team on projects and custom part orders?

Yes, Xometry's Teamspace enables you to easily collaborate with other users on projects and custom part orders. It is your key to a unified Xometry experience, giving members of your team quick and easy access to quotes, order placement, part statuses, tracking information, and more.

How do I know that my information is secure?

Xometry values your privacy and security.  You always own your data, and Xometry only uses it to estimate, fabricate, and review customer-specific projects. Customer data is not shared outside of Xometry's services. Projects fulfilled by Xometry's Manufacturing Partner Network are assigned unique internal IDs that are not specific to the customer or the ultimate project. Xometry Partners respect our customers and confidentiality through non-disclosure and service agreements.
