Making connections and getting in front of the right customers is essential to growing a new business. LNP Machining joined the Xometry Partner Network after less than two years in business to capitalize on the opportunity to bring in more of the aerospace jobs it wanted. Xometry serves more than 78,000 customers, including top aerospace and defense companies with strict certification requirements. The partnership has empowered the San Jose, California-based company to grow from a small precision machining workshop into a trusted partner in the aerospace industry.

A Powerful Accelerator for a New Business
LNP got its start in 2017. The company’s president and manufacturing engineer, Linh Pham, had plans to grow the business into a go-to manufacturer for the aerospace sector.
“We came across Xometry online and learned about their strong presence in CNC machining, especially in the aerospace sector,” Pham said.
Once LNP was approved as a partner in 2019, it was simple to start taking on jobs. Pham likes how the Xometry job board makes it easy to accept work based on what LNP has capacity for.
“I can take a look at many jobs at the same time, and we can pick the job that fits with our schedule and the materials we have in stock,” he said. Pham also noted Xometry’s reliable payment timelines and the high frequency with which the company receives repeat orders from Xometry customers.

Big Jobs Pave the Way for Growth
Within its first year as a partner, Xometry orders became 100% of LNP's business. The company has completed almost 2,000 Xometry jobs since 2019, and the value of jobs has steadily increased over time.
Xometry uses AI for predictive pricing and strategic matchmaking to connect its partners with the right jobs. Being able to choose from an array of jobs — which includes single projects that bring in more than $1M — has paved the way for impressive growth for LNP. The company’s revenue grew from $800,000 in its first year to more than $10M in 2025, an increase of more than 1,000%. Xometry jobs have generated more than $24.7 million for LNP, enabling the company to invest in technology and personnel. Since partnering with Xometry, LNP has added 5-axis vertical mills and expanded from a staff of just two employees to more than 30.
When it comes to future growth, the sky’s the limit. Pham is excited to see what additional opportunities Xometry and LNP can pursue together.
